Scott Dula and his wife, Jennifer, were customers of our company. We have been in court with Scott on two different occasions and have won both of our court cases. Scott refused to make his final payment of $1000.00 because he decided he didn't like the way his cabinets "looked". They picked black for the finish on the entire set of kitchen cabinets, which amplified the blemishes in the wood. A common fact that everyone should know when it comes to the color black. The court magistrate and attorney, from the previous two cases, made the comment to us, after the trials, that they could see that he was the type of person who would never be satisfied with any effort made on our part.
